My name is Tom Jacobson and I have a service dog through New Horizons. His name is Palmer and I have had him for
5 1/2 years. Since Palmer and I have become a team he has brought me so much joy. Palmer helped me in many ways,
especially when needing things picked up once I’ve dropped them.
There have been two instances in which Palmer has saved me after I’ve fallen onto the ground. Both times I gave him
the command to get phone, he brought it to me and I was able to call for help. Thank you, New Horizons.
